We like to think of ourselves as parts to a whole – each of us doing what we do best, in harmony with the other parts.  Collectively, MindYolk is comprised of experts, such as, commercial artists, creative illustrators, 2D and 3D animators, educators, programmers, and creative writers, with highly visible success histories.  Their approach, first and foremost, is to listen to your needs.  Then, and only then, do we use our creativity and sharp attention to detail to deliver the solution that will produce the best results.

 

Paul Lipsky

Paul Lipsky is the founder of MindYolk Creative Services and brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience in computer animation.

After earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in the computer art program at the School of Visual Arts, he began working for several prestigious video postproduction companies in Washington, D.C., and in New York City.  He has successfully provided creative direction and advanced animation expertise to such clients as the National Institutes of Health, HBO, Grey Advertising, MSG Network, WJLA-TV (ABC affiliate), and also to TV programs such as The McLaughlin Group, America’s Most Wanted, and Inside the NFL.  This expertise has won him such industry awards as the National Telly Award, the Medical Illustrators’ Award and the BDA Broadcast Designer Award.


Michael Cali

Michael Cali is an award winning multimedia designer who has been in the industry for over 15 years.  He holds a Masters degree in Communication Arts from NYIT, specializing in motion graphics.  Michael’s years of concentrated experience in graphic & web design, video editing, animation, and brand identity has earned him public notoriety.  Several of his pieces have been published in The Big Books of Layouts by David E. Carter.  In addition, in the 36th Creativity Annual Awards, Michael has won an award for best business card design.


David Lipsky

David Lipsky is an international globetrotter and expert in helping leaders embed and sustain innovation. David has had over 22 years of expertise in building organizational and leadership capabilities that have contributed to sustainable business success for companies such as Alpharma, Bank of America, Kraft Foods, Sony Electronics, Computer Associates, KPMG, Merrill Lynch, Unilever, United Technologies, and Unicef.  He has accomplished this by focusing on the diverse potential and possibilities of the people and businesses he has worked with and by utilizing his broad experience in strategic alignment, leadership development, and organizational transformation and sustainability.

David is also an author and highly sought after speaker in the field of sustainability, leadership, and change, as well as an associate professor at Manhattanville College and Fairleigh Dickinson University.  His recent book, The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook, was featured as “Recommended Reading” for the Best of the Year Series in the CEO Refresher (refresher.com).

David has received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in human ecology and his Ph.D. in applied psychology from Hofstra University.


Walter Ebe

Walter Ebe brings more than 30 years of professional experience in sales and marketing to MindYolk Creative Services.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at Queens College – City University of New York, and taking graduate courses in Computer Systems at The American University in Washington, D.C., he began working as a Systems Analyst for several national and international computer consulting firms in Dallas, San Francisco, Buffalo, and New York City.  Subsequently, he held positions as Area Sales Manager and VP of Marketing at two NYC firms.  He then accepted the position of Director of Marketing for Hofstra University on Long Island, which he held for nearly ten years.  In late 2007, he joined Game Builders Academy as a partner, taking the position of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  There he was responsible for growing the company’s educational products, where he serviced businesses both locally and regionally.  In early 2010, Walter joined MindYolk Creative Services to lead its business development efforts.


Bob Stuhmer

Bob Stuhmer began his career as a freelancer in traditional animation studios, working his way up the production ladder from cel painter to background artist and designer.  He became an animation designer at Imagination on Film (I.F.) Studios, the largest motion graphic studio in Manhattan, where he designed special effects animation and on-air graphics for feature films, television stations, and ad agencies.  When animation production abandoned Manhattan for the West Coast, Bob reverted to his traditional art background from Pratt Institute, and illustrated children’s books, book covers, and textiles. Bob teaches traditional animation and drawing, as well as design courses, at Briarcliffe College and SBI-Campus.


Andrew Tullio

Andrew Tullio has received multiple degrees in the arts from the New York Institute of Technology and has spent the vast majority of his professional career honing his skills in the digital arts.  He prides himself on being a designer for all mediums, with a diverse skill set in areas such as motion graphics, print layout, image manipulation, and photography.

 

Margaret DeLima

Margaret DeLima is a concept artist, specializing in story and character development. She works in both traditional and digital media to produce whimsical and expressive illustration, sculpture and animation. Versatile in a variety of media, Margaret enjoys transforming ideas into visual products.  Thoughtful reflection and humorous observation are key elements to her creative approach and process.

As a teaching artist, Margaret brings her love of inquiry and fascination with connections to a broad community of students; she currently teaches Art History at Molloy College and Graphic Design at SBI Campus.  Margaret received her MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College with an emphasis on puppetry arts and storytelling.  Her work has been exhibited at the Athens Institute for Contemporary Art in Georgia, the Brevard Art Museum in Florida, and at the Annexe Gallery in Malaysia.

 

Pon Jeyathas

Pon Jeyathas received his degree in Game and Web Design at SBI Campus, USA.  Initially he graduated from London Info Tech – Animation School in SriLanka as a classically trained animator and began his professional career as a Digital Compositor with Looks Media Advertising.  He has eleven years of experience in 3D modeling and animation, and also has experience creating 3D animations, video and TV production, web design, and flash animation.  In 2009, he joined IJ White Systems as a 3D modeler and animator for industrial products.

 

Chih-Wei Hsieh

Chih-Wei Hsieh has his Bachelor of Architecture degree and subsequently earned his Master of Arts degree from New York Institute of Technology in their Communication Arts Program.   For the past two years, he has been employed by an architectural visualization firm in New York City where he models and animates high quality products for architecture.  His clients include Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, and others.

 

Jeff Lipsky

Jeff Lipsky is an entrepreneur and educator at heart, with a strong passion for the arts and creative collaboration.   His passion is to engage present and future audiences with rich and personalized content within the realm of online virtual worlds.  He has been featured in the New York Times, Boston Globe, and Improper Bostonian for the amazing way he is able to harness the power and realism of online virtual worlds.

 

Diego Rios

Diego Rios is a Media Creator. He holds a Masters degree in Communication Arts from NYIT, and also studied Multimedia Production at NYU’s School of Continuing Education.  During his 15+ years of experience creating and directing projects in the US, Latin America, and the UK, his creative expertise focused on improving corporate image through creative marketing and branding.  His expertise in understanding his target market, while maintaining a unified artistic direction, has afforded him success in many venues.  Mr. Rios has worked on 250 publicity campaigns worldwide and has been featured in magazines such as W, NY Magazine, and HomeDECO, and on websites and TV.
